He doesnt sing like he got his balls ripped off, his technique is REALLY good, one thing is that you dont like that type of voices but that comes with training and a lot of it, should at least take under consideration that right? Because he completely changed their sound when he joined. He's such an egotistical asshole, he joins a great band and then has the nuts to say "oh well, you guys have been doing this for 20 years, and it sounds good, but let's make it suck."

The guy just drives me insane thinking about how he killed Sabbath.

I mean, seriously, listen to Children of the Grave, and then listen to any of the Dwarf's songs. It doesn't even sound like the same band.

I'd hate him less if he had just changed the name of the band, but he still called them Sabbath.

i dont even have an answer lol. It changed, that's obvious but it doesnt mean it was a bad change. It depends on your taste but then again that's not a real reason to say Dio doesnt know how to sing lol, just say you hate him for changing what sabbath used to be..

Sure Ozzy era Sabbath is better than Dio era Sabbath but Ozzy is still a fucking mediocre singer at best. Plus you're calling Dio and egotistical asshole? Ozzy is fucking suing Black Sabbath for 50% ownership of the band even though Ozzy made 0% of the contributions. No riffs, no bass lines, no drum beats, hell he didn't even write the lyrics. He just did what he was told and now he wants 50%. That asshole.

Ozzy solo and Dio solo are both way better than anything by Sabbath, but hey, that just my opinion.

Darkthrone have never and will never release anything of note. Bad band is bad.

Heard it before. Black metal at its most boring. Honestly though, I'm not much for the old school/norwegian or tr00 brands of black metal I'm a fan of the newer wave of progressive and atmospheric bands.

Darkthrone's SOULSIDE JOURNEY album is very good and just for the record where Sabbath is concerned I'm not a fan and never have been both with or without Ozzy. I respect them very much for the fact they have influenced and inspired some of my favourite bands but 'm not a fan.

As for the album list...I own only 6 of them, would have been 13 but needed some cash urgently a few years back so they had to go along with loads of other CD's.

Dio's ability >>>>>> Ozzy's

Sabbath's sound changed but it wasn't a bad change. Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules are two of the best albums ever, definitely top fifty's for me.

Exactly, It's important to know that Sabbath wasn't about Ozzy at all. Without Iommi or Butler the band wouldn't have made it.
